Automation error. Libraryis not registered

Hello!

I have been happily using SQL Compare v 1.60 until I installed SQL Server 2005 client tools. I am currently getting 'Automation error. Libraryis not registered ' when trying to compare two SQL Server 2000. Any advice on how to fix this problem is greately appreciated.

    Hi Igor

    Unfortunately version 1 will not work with SQL 2005. We made some changes to the last minor release of version 3 so that it worked. However this did not support any of the new features that were introduced in SQL 2005.

    We have now released version 4 that is fully compatible with SQL 2005. If you contact sales@red-gate.com i’m sure they will be able to give you a price for the upgrade.
