Unable to connect to Always On High Availability Server

When I try to connect to a HA Group SQL Server, I keep getting advised I cannot connect due to incorrect credentials or insufficient permissions.

This is confusing as I am even trying with Network Domain Admin account.

Any help here would be appreciated.

    Can you confirm the version of SQL Monitor that you are using? e.g. 3.3.0.325

    I thought we were on 3.5. I wil try and upgrade to 3.5 and see if this fixes our issue.
