Install Trial Version of 3.4 fails

I am trying to install SQL monitor trial version on a windows 7 enterprise machine.

The Firewall and Windows Defender are disabled.

As soon as I start the install I get the message:
Verification of Sql Web Monitor Failed. Do you wish to continue?
Error is: 0x800b0110

Can anyone help me out?
