Code Snippet Insertion point issue

After using the 'ii' snippet to generate some insertion code for a table...
and reading the online help docs which claim... 'The insertion point is positioned for you to insert the values.'

The insertion point is still at the top of the query.
I am using version 5.3.8.2.
