Memory profiler 5.2 not showing in visual studio 2010

I do have Dot NET Developer Bundle (5.2) and I cannot use it against visual studio 2010 (not showing in menu). I've tried already

devenv.exe /resetaddin RedGate.Profiler.AddIn.Five.Connect /Command File.Exit
devenv.exe /resetaddin RedGate.Memory.AddIn.Connect /Command File.Exit

with no results. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you try the instructions here please (I wrote these myself so they are the only ones I trust):
