How is CPU Time(%) & CPU Time With Children(%) calculated ?

Hi,
How are CPU Time(%) and CPU Time With Children(%) calculated ?
I try calculating as below formula:
CPU Time With Children(%) = (CPU Time With Children(ms)*100)/XXX(ms)
and
CPU Time(%) = (Time(ms)*100)/XXX(ms)
with XXX is total time of scenario get from ANTS result.
Is the above formula right?
Please help us to confirm them?

    That's right- % (relative) values use exactly the same data as the absolute measurements.
