When I try to sync my stored procedure, it leaves and empty set of brackets where the user should be. I am using SQL Server 2005 and this didn't do this with SQL Server 2000. I am using mixed mode authentication and the user uses a SQL Server login.

SQL Compare doesn't compare SQL 2005 databases successfully yet. If this is a question about the Beta of SQL Compare 4, please post it in the beta forum. Thanks.

I wasn't completely sure what worked and what didn't with 2005. I am using version 3. Is version 4 still expected next week as a previous post suggests?
