SQL prompt with management studio version

I use SQL prompt in my SQL 2008 management studio, now I installed SQL 2012 management studio, SQL prompt is not available.

how can I make SQL prompt avialble to both version of SSMS on my computer?

    You will need to re-install SQL Prompt so that the add-in will get added to the new version of SSMS.
