Error installing Sql Search

Hi,
I get the following errror during installation:
Access to path C:\windows\Downloaded Installations\{xxxxx} Data Access Components (MDAC) 2.8.prq is denied.

Running as administrator.

PC:
win7 64bit
Installed .net 2.0,3.0,3.5, 4.5

    Solution found!
    Deleted the relevant folder in C:\windows\Downloaded Installations\{xxxxx} containing SQL Search.
    Performing installation again then proceed ok.
