Upgrade to 3.3 looking for an old msi file

I've upgrade twice in the last two months (or maybe three months), but this upgrade is asking for a msi in C:\Windows\Downloaded Installations\{0AAEE9F9-2800-92D6-EBCD-256BB1386215}\. The msi is is from 3.0. I need to get past this to upgrade from Monitor 3.0 to Monitor 3.3.
