Access denied on transaction log folder

Hi,
I have recently installed SQL Monitor 3.2. I have added one new server to monitor which has two instances. The Base Monitor runs under the domain account svc_redgate_sqlmonitor. When I try and monitor a server it initially says "monitoring connected", but then quickly changes to "monitoring stopped". The error given is incorrect credentials or insufficient permissions. Under the log the error is
"UnauthorizedAccessException" "Access to the path <unc database transaction log folder path> is denied".

On the database server I have given the folder full permissions for the svc_redgate_monitor account, as well as adding the account to the local administrators group, but it still wont work.

Is there anything else I have to do?

    Hello,

The domain account you are using to monitor this server needs to be an administrator on the Monitored entity.

Here is the list of permission account needs to have:

    Thanks,

Thanks, I didn't have the account in the local admin on the monitor server.

    All working now.
