Trying to link database to Plastic SCM.

    I'm guessing that you don't have the PlasticSCM client software installed. Or at the very least, not the command line. A quick Google search indicates that you need to select "Client Essentials" during the PlasticSCM setup process. Could you rerun the installer and see if this solves it?
