Error sending error report

On a customer's PC we are getting an error while trying to send an error report: ERR2001. The Server could not be found.

What does this error mean and how could we solve this issue?

The PC is running Win 7 32bit SP1 on a Mac OSX Bootcamp. Internet Connection is available using a browser, Firewall is enabled, we added our application to get through it.

    It means the DNS lookup failed for the url of the error reporting service. This most likely happens because of a local network configuration issue.

    http://sawebservice.red-gate.com/
