Hi, thanks for your post. We could probably do with seeing the logfile. Can you do this:
Invoke the error again then before cancelling the installation, please can you right-click on the title bar of the installer, where it says "SQL Monitor Installer", and select "Locate Temporary Files". Please send me the file in this temp folder called "Install-Response.txt".
Send that over to us (support@red-gate.com) quoting F0070117 in the subject line, and we'll see if there are any clues... -
