i followed these instructions to no avail:

And then ended up changing my windows password (which may have recently expired), and the 'ICredentialsProvider is unset, therefore can't get' error went away.

I have visual studio 2010 and visual studio 2012 both are connecting to TFS without issue and getting projects.
But when i enter the TFS url in Sql Source control and click browse I dont get any options to enter username and password for TFS I simply get a error message saying
ICredentialsProvider is unset, therefore can't get
Can anyone assist with this please?
