SQL Compare version 4 seems to be promising for the DBAs who are involved in the schema comparison tasks.
I'm particularly happy with the report output and when you have compared two databases, you can create a report of the results. The script generation is another usable feature to re-generate the missing objects in the database.
Personally I do not have any negative feedback on the SQL Compare and it suits to the development DBAs on a real-time basis.
