User can <Refresh> databases in combobox.

But questions:
Why I cannot see what databases are not online ?
Why I can select offline database for comparing ?
When I selected offline database I've got message with title
"Unknown" (???)
Cannot open ... Login failed...
Naturally, if db is offline then login failed....
User can check login, password etc... But reason of problem is in offline status.
