Trial expired within 2 hours

Downloaded 3.0 earlier on today and had a few problems that seem to have been fixed in 3.1. So I downloaded that and now it tells me my 28 day trial has expired.

What gives? How do I get my 28 days back?

    If you type "I need more time" in the activation dialog instead of the serial number you'll get another 28 days.

    Many thanks for your reply. I have Max @ Red-Gate working on the issue now. Currently I'm in a position where pretty much anything I type in is not accepted, whether it be the Extend message or even another trial key.

    I'll post here again as I get more information.
