Hi Chris
This is a known issue (ref: SRP-6981). Obviously IE10 is something that we will be supporting but we've just not been able to do this work yet.
The workaround for now is to use another browser (Chrome, Firefox etc) or put IE10 into compatibility mode. To do this, in IE10 hit F12 and then Alt+9 (to change 'Document Mode: Standards' to 'Document Mode: IE9 standards').

We have released an update that fixes the issues with IE10.
Version 3.2.1.231 can be downloaded from here:

It loads the page, but then just keeps saying "Loading" under the monitored servers section.
I've connect without problems on the windows 8 manchine using FireFox.
