We have a number of licenses that we upgraded to 10.2.0.916. However we have one person who's installation fails. He gets a "MSI returned failure code InstallFailure (1603)" error (I added the quotes). We tried uninstalling the current version and installing it and still getting the error. I don't see where the install is even creating a folder let alone a log file. Any ideas? We have also downloaded the install multiple times.
