Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.

I get an exception (above) every time I launch SSMS, and then the Source Control tools are not available. This started happening after SSMS caused a blue screen crash when I was attaching a database to SVN.

I have Windows 7 64 bit. I re-installed SSC but this didn't help.
