Defect: 5.3.2 no prompting in RAISERROR()

For any attempt to use Intellisense within a RAISERROR() there is no prompting - list says "No suggestions". This is consistent in any and every SP I edit.

Sample: 
RAISERROR('Not at 12hrs UTC - time is %s',0,1,@<<Nothing-here>>) WITH NOWAIT

    Thank you for your post.
    As you mention, the development team have been informed of this. Hopefully they will be able to improve the behaviour soon, although at the moment I do not have any information available concerning when this will be.
