Having the following ERRORS showing up in Event Viewer

First, let me start by saying, that I just got a new computer and this is on a CLEAN BUILD machine.

Windows 7 Pro (all updates)
SQL 2008 R2 Developer (All updates)
Team Foundation Server
All Red-Gate products are up to date.
