DATA_TYPE_OWNER field was null for data type: TIMESTAMP(6)

I am getting this error while trying to compare two schemas.
both databases are oracle 11g.
DATA_TYPE_OWNER field was null for data type: TIMESTAMP(6)

I am using latest , 1.5.1.18 Oracle Schema Compare
