Was this one of the monitored servers or the machine hosting SQL Monitor which was rebooted?
Is it also possible for you to send me the SQL Monitor error logs, as described in this document, to support@red-gate.com and quote the support ticket number F0057767.

I executed shutdown -r -t 01
server was rebooted, but I did not get any alerts
