SQL Prompt 4 FULL & Refactor upgrades to unlicensed version?

Hi

I have a licensed version of SQL prompt 4.
Running auto update shows (before I cancel it):

* Replaces SQL Prompt 4.0
* A new trial period will be started
* Removes SQL Refactor (if installed).

In effect this is replacing SQL Prompt and Refactor with a trial version?

Really?
This seems kinda dangerous putting a purchase decision into an auto-update mechanism.
