I'm trying to use SQL Backup 6.5.1.9 to restore a sql database given to me by a customer. I start the restore wizard and select "browse for backup files to restore". Then nothing happens. The "Add Files" button is grayed out. There is no way for me to select a file. What's going on?

It sounds like you need to set up the BrowsingUserList registry key, as detailed here:

Let me know if that gets anywhere towards solving the problem.
