Never mind.
We've solved this. It's bit odd actually. We've just go back to the original script and edit the VIEW object a bit and save it. Then run compare and take the script and apply and it works!!! -

This is a bit odd actually. I've been using this piece of tools to compare the SQL and I have 1 issue which for unknown reason I have 1 VIEW that always have:
"1 object that exists in both but is different"
I've dropted the original and putting back in and sync. It's always the same thing.
Any ideas?
