Row Filter of Static Data

I have a table that I want to link Static Data to. However I don't want to link all the rows in this table, I only want to link static data based on a filter.

I am currently using Source Control 2, and this is not an option that I have found. Before I download the latest ver3 and upgrade, I would like to know if what I am looking to do is possible in the latest version?

I know that I can do this using SQL Data Compare, but I want to configure this via Source Control

Unfortunately, this isn't in v3.0, although it's on the backlog for a future release.
