Restore

I´m having a problem with the restore process, when I try to restore they send me the error : File not exist, even when I just have made a backup.
Do you know how to solve this problem?

    Are you making the restore via the GUI? If using the GUI, at which stage of the wizard is the restore failing? Can you also provide the full path and file name of the backup file (or you can send it to me via private message)? Better still if you could provide the full restore command that you are using (if GUI, copy the script from the summary page). Thanks.
