Automated sync using SQL COMPARE

Is it possible to use SQL Compare to automate a sync?
We want to setup a server which is used to test our deployment scripts. On this server, all databases (approx 50) should be refreshed on a daily basis from the pr server. So not only the alter object-scripts should be scheduled, but also the compare process itself

SQL Compare Professional includes command line utilities that can be used in batch files to automate tasks. There are a few examples here:

You can also use the Comparison SDK to compare programmatically, although this is a separate purchase:
