Can you confirm the version of SQL Doc and the version of SQL Server please?

It says that SQL Doc 2.1 is already installed. Apparently that patch comes pre-installed on the latest download.

    Thank you for your posts.

Basically SQL Doc is suffering from a small change in the SQL Compare engine which it uses to gather data about the schema. The development team now believe that they know what the problem is so hopefully there will be a fix soon (although i cannot say when at the moment).

A possible workaround which has helped another user (to an extent) is to remove any manually created statistics and then SQL Doc 'should' be able to successfully document the schema. While I know that this is in no way ideal, hopefully it will only be required in the short term.

We had just fixed this yesterday and have a patch for it. DO NOT install this patch unless you have the problem above! Thanks.
