Monitor seems to be confusing databases and other perf data

A two node cluster in an active/active configuration where both instance are currently on the same node is showing databases from one instance mixed with the databases on the other instance as well as the target and total memory are shown as the same even though they aren't. Page life expectancy is the same even though it isn't.
