Instance unreachable while "Monitoring Connected"

I am getting conflicting information regarding the status of the Monitored Servers while also NOT getting any alerts or performance information when drilling down. Every so often I notice a "Attempting to Connect" message for the instance and then it is resolved after 10 seconds showing "Monitoring Connected" with a green check mark. Clicking on the Alerts tab produces no alerts while I know by checking the logs there are jobs that have failed. Yes the alerts are configured.

I have reviewed and ensured the Minimum Rights and Permissions are in place.

Where should I start looking?

    Hi,

    Could you please email all the log files to support@red-gate.com? Refer to this forum post. You should be able to find the log files at \ProgramData\Red Gate\Logs\SQL Monitor 2 or equivalent location depending on your operating system.
