Application Options: Custom Program

  Sorry not sure what you mean- can you give an example of the type of custom program you'd like to launch?

  Are you talking about saving a Project in SQL Compare and then re-running that project later?

  No I am referring to when I launch a script from a compare it always launches another copy of the SSMS instead of just putting it in a new window of the SSMS that is already open.
