Yes, this missed the cut for the last release. It's something we hope to have implemented in an upcoming version so please bear with us. Another way of doing this would have been to do a 'get' to a temporary folder using your existing source control client, and reading this in as the source data source in SQL Data Compare.

However, if I right click on the database and select Data Compare/Deploy, set as target, I get a deployment screen with the database as target, but no source. If I drag the database over to source, I don't get the option to select source code control as with schema deploy. To work around the problem I've linked the database as 'seperate databases', and used the 'get latest' button to update the database
