obfusacte c# project doesn't work

If i compile my c# project. smart assembly doesn't embeed the exe.config from the project. but why ?

    SmartAssembly can merge or embed dependencies, but doesn't attempt to embed the *.exe.config file. Exe.config is useful because it is separate and can be edited outside the application , so there is no reason to embed it.
