Comparing 2005 to 2000

I am playing with 2005 express that was an upgraded 2000 database and I get the following error when trying to compare: "Invalid object name 'sysproperties'" I thought from what I had read that an upgraded database should work? Anything I can check?

    Actually, I did some moew reading and I see only latest update is 2005 compatible. After upgrade it worked fine.

    Hello,

    The last version, and probably the one before that. Just be aware that the minute you put an assembly in the database or set up a table with a VARCHAR (MAX), you will get errors from SQL Compare!
