How many licenses are needed?

I'm evaluating sql source control for a company and was wondering how many licenses are needed.

Example:
Say we have 3 separate databases that will be linked, and 10 different developers. Would we need 3, 10 or 30 licenses?

    Licensing is per-user. You can put an unlimited number of databases in source control.

    So in your case you would need 10.
