Use Copyto or Mirror

Hey All,

I need to copy a full backup to a reporting server with a fixed name. The local copy gets an auto name. Can I use copyto to rename or choose a different name than the <auto.sqb> name given to the original file? Or, do I need to use Mirror to name the backup file for the report server?

    COPYTO only accepts directory names. MIRRORFILE accepts file names, so yes, you would need to use the MIRRORFILE option if you want to name the backup file differently on your reporting server.
