  Major updates to SQL Compare and SQL Data Compare
  Version 4.x of SQL Data Compare and of SQL Compare will be released toward the end of the year. These will include full SQL Server 2005 integration. All new SQL Server 2005 functionality will be fully supported, including CLR integration, Service Broker and Notification Services.

  Certainly yes -- although I'm not sure how we'll handle the synchronization... for instance how to handle a situation where someone tries to move an assembly from a SQL 2005 database to a SQL 2000 one.
