Hi Andrew,
Yes, it is very straight forward.
1. Deactivate your license key.
2. Then uninstall the base monitor.
3. Install at the new location and when installing chose the option to use existing data repository. Use your existing data repository.
4. Change the connection from web server to the new base monitor.
5. Activate the license again.
Thanks,
Priya -
I cant seem to deactivate my licenses (I couldnt activate them online either) and had to do it manually.
Unfortunelty you cant deactivate manually so a bit stuck.
The server with the base monitor has access to the internet via a proxy server. The proxy is configured in IE and via proxycfg and it still doesnt appear to work? -

We now have a dedicated server to run the base monitor service. Is the process to move the base monitor service as simple as uninstalling and reinstalling it? Is all the configuration held in the monitor database?
