Installation error

I am trying to install the latest version of SQL Toolbelt but get the following error

"Failed to run SQL Toolbelt error 0x80070057"

This is a 32-bit Win 7 machine. I had no problems before but had to wipe the machine clean and reinstall fresh copy of Win 7.[/img]
