Feature request - Alert Date time filter

Hi,

I would like to request a feature on the alerts filtering. I would like to be able to filter alerts just on time and not date and time. Ideally I want to be able filter on the the alerts that happened between 1.00am and 3.00am to give me a history of the alerts that happened at this time.
