I can't enable sql prompt 5,its behavior's checkbox is gray.

I install latest version, but I can't enable sql prompt, its checkbox is gray.
Can you help me?

    Many thanks for your post and apologies for inconvenience caused.

    Did you had the previous trial versions installed on your machine? If yes then you need to activate your license.

    You can activate your copy by entering your serial key in SQL Prompt 5 --> Serial Number --> Enter Serial number.

    Let me know how it goes or if you are an evaluator.
