I don't mind that RedGate feels the need to charge for reflector. It's been a great tool for some of the projects I've worked on and I'll pay up when I'm next upto my neck in .NET.
What I don't understand is what the business model RedGate had for Reflector? In the .Net Reflector 7 page the story goes "we realized that we could not make the free model work". What would be an example of the free model working the way originally hoped?
