Feature Request - Alert changed passwords

For some applications we have application managers not realizing that changing an SQL password for their application user(s) requires some other preventive/follow-up actions. I certainly would not have an alert for every password change myself, but really would like the option to be alerted for specific users in specific instances/database. Please include the option to do this at least per instance, but preferably also at user level. Off course this would only be necessary for SQL Accounts.
