Feature Request - (Log) Backup to exclude snapshot databases

I'd like to have a generic option on de (Log) Backup overdue alert to exclude snapshot databases.

I don't know if SQL Monitor already keeps these out, but if not, then also an option to exclude offline databases (or as Microsoft put in SQL 2008: databases that are not online)

    Thanks a lot for your post.

    Generating "Log backup overdue" alert for snapshot database is definitely a bug. Currently, we do not handle snap shot as special case which ideally we should do. I have logged this as SRP-3621.

    Regarding offline database, do you want a generic option for this too? You can exclude individual database from certain alert using Alert Settings.

    Per alert it should be evaluated if adding an option 'exlude non-online databases' is an added value option.

    One generic option for all alerts to exclude this would be too generic.
