Hi Steven,
Which menu items aren't enabled for you? If you click inside a query window is it any better?
What is the status of your trial period?
Regards,
Paul -
All the tems up to "options" are disabled. Clicking on a query window makes no differance. I should have a fully licence version, i have deactivated and reactivated the serial number

Can you check whether in the Options is 'Use SQL Prompt' option checked for you?
And also can you attach the screenshot of SQL Prompt 5 --> About SQL Prompt 5 screen?
Above details will help us to investigate further.
Thanks for your patience and co-operation! -

Many thanks for your post pjingram33.
Can you email me the screenshot of the OPTIONS menu along with your serial key to support@red-gate.com?
This will help me to investigate the issue further. -
I found the problem. I discovered from the "About" menu that for some reason SQL Prompt was on an expired trial. The rest of the Toolbelt products all seemed to be registered just fine. I ended up having to uninstall all the products and reinstall them. Now everything is working fine.
