Enhancement : include seconds on alert timings

Alert details, alert history and alert Occurrences all detail the times that an alert was raised, escalated and ended, but only to the minute. I've just had a 'machine offline' alert
Machine offline from: 12 Jan 2011 8:17 PM
Machine came back online at: 12 Jan 2011 8:17 PM

but I can't tell whether this was an outage of 1 sec or 59 secs?
